Your data
What we read, what we keep, what we never do.
We start with no access. Every step after that is your call.
Six commitments
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access, one step at a time
You move to the next step only when you choose to.
Step one: a conversation
No access at all. We ask about your week, and you decide what to share.
Step two: a sample you pick
If you like, share a few past invoices, enquiries or forms. You choose which. We use them to show what the output would look like. Strip out names first, if you prefer.
Step three: read-only access
If you go ahead, we read only what the job needs. A lead desk needs the enquiry inbox and the CRM. An invoice desk needs payables and receiving.
Read-only means it can look, not act. It cannot send, reply, delete or move a thing.
Step four: off when you say
Withdraw access, and everything stops at once. You don't need us for that.
Drafts, never actions
Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or edits a record by itself. It prepares the work for a named person. If that person does nothing, nothing happens.
Every draft shows what it was based on, so the person can check it.
Things we won't do
- Ask for passwords the job doesn't need.
- Use one client's records in another client's work.
- Let a draft leave without a person's approval.
- Hang on to your records once the work is done.
When the work ends
We hold only what the job requires. When it ends, we delete it. Ask earlier, and we delete it earlier.
At any point, ask what we still hold. You get a plain list.
Bring any data question to the first conversation. You'll get a straight answer.
